Five Islands Harbor – Georgetown, Maine
Five Islands is a fishing village located on the island of Georgetown, Maine. Arguably the “prettiest harbor in Maine,” Five Islands is definitely one of Maine’s most picturesque spots along the coastline.
A Bountiful View and More
At the very end of Route 127 is the Five Islands wharf. The scenic view from the end of the wharf includes fishing boats, summer homes, and the five islands that give the village its name.
The wharf is also home to the Five Island Lobster Company. If you’re a lobster lover, then this casual dining place is a dream come true. Everyone knows the cold, deep waters of Maine produce the sweetest lobster! Not a seafood lover? No problem. The menu also features several “Not From The Sea” options that will make you happy too.
Between the view and food, Five Islands Harbor is a popular destination for those visiting the Maine coastline. If you’re heading in that direction, it’s a place worth adding to your list.
